By the looks of the reviews, it would seem that either you would love it or hate it here. I happen to love it. I would reccomend it to anyone and I have.
The staff is professional and Shelleen has gone out of her way to accomodate me whenever I need something from her. I have never had an unpleasant expierence when dealing with the office.
I understand that I can't snap my fingers and expect the Maintenance team to come running because I dropped something down the drain.
To all of those who complain "Nothing ever gets done," this next part pertains to you.
If you have ever run or owned a business as I have, you know that turnover happens from time to time. It is all about assembling the right team that works together. Sometimes the bad wheel gets taken off or just falls off on its own. How would you feel trying to accomodate everyone, everyday as you seem to expect the maintenance men to' I imagine you might sing a different tune.
Have any of the negative nellies ever taken the time to get to know the maintenace men and make them feel welcome and appreciated' A polite hello or friendly nod does go a long way.
I call Factoria Heights home and I care about the communtiy. I don't like seeing trash that some people leave and will help pick it up becuase I like things neat, not becuase I have to. I care about where I live!

I love my apartment and live in an apartment by choice. I am not the only resident, I am part of a community.
