I've read a couple of reviews of this place about the cleaning deposit being lost, and I completely agree. In every other place I have lived I have spent a good portion of time cleaning and have received my deposit back. Not at Factoria Heights!! I too was told the place looked great at checkout, but found out a week later that I wasnt getting my deposit back. Arrrgg... just an easy way for a company to screw the little guy since you are leaving anyways. Although I liked living here and wouldnt have moved if I wasnt forced to, apartment complexes that are all about squeezing every last dime from their tenants should remain vacant.

This seems to be an on going ordeal, as you know we are trying to accommodate and evaluate this as we understand the main thing seems to be a lack in full communication to the resident.
