They did not have our apartment ready for check-in and actually had my roommate and I down for moving in two weeks later than what was on the contract we had signed three weeks before. The apartment we ended up moving into was not cleaned, painted, or checked through for maintenance repairs. There were nails and broken blinds, heaters that didn't work, and a clogged toilet. Plus, the fee for terminating a lease is outrageous...over $1600.00! Whether you notify them 10 months in advance, or just two days! That is rediculous. Promises were not kept and management did not follow through with check-ups.
Do not move into these apartments...they're too expensive for a lousy living space.

This is another area in which we are attempting to stay on top of, how ever when management is not staying focused on real issues rather then on games, and is too busy trying to cover thier wrong doings and is constantly causing havoc then these will remain an issue.
