The new manager Shelleen began here a few months ago. I can?t say enough good things about her. She is professional, courteous, and all-round a real joy to have as a property manager. She?s never too busy to ask how the day is. She is planning to renovate the swimming pool area with water falls.

The new policy is to have each unit repainted, flooring replaced, and outside carpets changed if applicable! It's like moving into a new unit!

I love Factoria Heights and highly recommend living here. Though previous management had its issues (as alluded to in previous emails), current manager is experienced and much, much better.

Wow, must have had some really ------ management for you to say Shelleen is professional, courteous and just an all around joy, she has you fooled, just like she does everyone else. You sorry people.
