Very nicely priced for being close to so many things. I-90,405,shopping,views. Plus getting a 1000sqft apt in bellevue for that price is a steal.
Shelleen just joined a few months ago and in my opnion is the best thing that happened to factoria heights. She is very nice, always willing to help and professional. Needless to say that she is also very pleasing to the eyes. I might have considered moving out after my lease expired because of the older management, but i am glad that the management changed the property manager.
