I read all the bad reviews and so far, I have not had a problem. The management has been responsive, but I have to say there has been no problems, my place was ready when I moved in. Its been quiet and clean.
So far its been as expected.

Many kids live here to go to Newport which is walking distance away. I imagine thats why many parents live here.

I agree with the first person. I have had nothing but a great moving in experience. My introductory was pleasant and my move in was more then smooth, my apartment is fantastic and my treatment here is very very nice. The office people are terrific with their help and maintenance is immediately on all that I have asked...Thank you staff of Factoria
