Mangement here is not good. Bad business. Unfortunately I didn't read my lease closely enough and signed a lease that was a 7 month and not a 6 month like I had asked for . Now that I had planned to move when I knew my lease was up they are telling me that I had a 7 month lease and owe another month. Also, put a deposit down on a hold for an apartment that we ended up not taking and was told that our deposit check would be destroyed. Well, Happy Valentineds Day to me......that check was cashed and am now overdrawn. Also issues with the move out. I am being charged a ton of money for carpet replacement....cat urine'...I have had my cat over 10 yrs. and that cat has never urinated ANYWHERE but where she should. This place is a fraudulent business with bad management. I agree with someone else who posted that the manager is all sweet talking, but she couldn't look me in the eye from the get go, always had a man in her office when I needed info. and is obviously very sneaky in the way she does business. Our attorney will be dealing with her. Do not move here.

This resident is upset because she skipped out on her lease contract before it expired. At no time did she EVER request to speak to the manager. The ONLY people in the office at Factoria Heights are residents or those interested in living here. Typical of this person to lie or to assume the worse in the attempt to make things look different then they are. She is looking to be an exception to everyone else when she skipped on her contract. That is why she is so upset. We treat everyone the same with being fair. She felt she didn't have to follow a contract that everyone else did.
