Try getting maintenance and you will wait a week. Old faulty appliances are a pain to work with (stove, washer_ - the buildings are old and not painted, the steps are dirty and no cleaning is ever enough. Cheap cheap carpets that never look clean. Talking to neighbors they couldn't wait to move out so there was a lot of turn over I went through new neighbors every 7 months. Old management when I moved in were great - new manager is rude and difficult to deal with. Warning: keep copies of all your deposits paid as they will say you didn't pay what you did and you will need to demand a copy of the entire lease and all the addendums otherwise you will not be provided to you. Mark every scratch on your move-in report or you'll find yourself paying for damage done when you moved in. I would not recommend this complex or property management company to anyone.
