and I chose somewhere else. First of all, the office girl made me wait outside, IN THE RAIN, for close to 20 minutes while she was off doing god knows what. If you open at ten am, then be there at ten am. Then it wasn't even her who let me in to the office, it was the maintenance guy, who promptly says to me "don't touch anything, she'll be right with you." RUDE MUCH'! THEN she finally shows up. She's gotta be young 20s, wearing jeans and a shirt that shows off her belly button which I really didn't need to see. Sitting and talking with her she seemed to know her stuff, HOWEVER she sent me to DRIVE to the lower property to see the model, had me climb up some very unsafe looking concrete stairs, and then three more flights of stairs with cobwebs in them only to get to the model and she didn't have a key. She told me to wait there, ran back to the office to find a key, came back, said that maintenance didn't have a key and I would have to come back later that afternoon. I'm thinking to myself at this point in time "what kind of complex doesn't have keys to their units'" Needless to say, I did not come back.

I??????m going to have to respond to this, first I would like to say I was the only person working on that busy day, being the only person there is going to be times I am out of the office, showing apartments, or taking a lunch break. There only being one person, that person can only do so much. If I was not there when you showed up with out an appointment to see an apartment, you would have the choice to stay in your car, and not stand in the rain, in that case of the door being locked I must have been on my lunch break. I do apologize that you waited out in the rain. Jeans are not worn to work, and bellies are not shown, but I??????m not surprised of the exaggeration on this website. We do have a split property here and it does require driving ONE street down to our lower property, all stair cases are more the sturdy, and the not the slightest bit creepy. We are built on a hillside, so stairs are a part of this complex. Normally the apartment is unlocked for viewing and unfortunately it wasn??????t that time, and maintenance was unreachable, he had probably gone to Home Depot. I apologized to you right and left, you don??????t think I was embarrassed? The last thing I wanted was for you to be inconvenienced. So with your experience here and your exaggeration on this lovely website, I do apologize, and I hope you have found a wonderful place to live.
