I moved into this place today and there has been nothing but problems. The units are very poorly turned over with many mistakes and a very important ones at that. My stove that was filthy when I moved in, and the cleaners were still not there when I went in to move in.They shut off all of the breakers (without telling me when I got the keys)I got into the shower and realized that there was no hot water(refreshing after moving all day long)

Needless to say that it is not worth what they are charging for rent AND it doesn't appear that they patrol for the riff-raff and the people that are living in this complex. Not reccomended by any means. Do not move here!!!

This resident was fully accomodated. The apartment was fully cleaned by professionals upon their arrival. The breaker in error may have been flipped off due to the renovation of their apt and may have not been turned back on which could account for no hot water, but all was immediately corrected. Also they were given a brand new stove. Nothing seems to be good enough for them no matter what is done. Apparently they complained also about the last place they lived. We are doing a complete renovation of interiors and exteriors of all apartments with fair market rates for the area. I guess that is why for the last year we have been sitting at almost 100% occupied. More seem to be satisfied with this property then not. This site is nothing but a venting site for people such as this.
