i had gone to about 6 or 7 total apartment complexes while looking for a new place to live. After exploring my options i decided to go with factoria heights due to the aptartment features, i was able to see an empty apartment which gave me an example of thier new updats, its very bright and pretty with a more modern look, none of the brown and gold junk i found in several of the other complexes i had visited. Not only did they have better looking interiors, the young gal helping me was very freindly and helpful with a big smile on her face, i came back the same day and held an apartment, im moving in next month!!! :)
