Highcroft Apartments

Gloomy picture From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/8/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   Highcroft Apt. are one of the worst place to live. We stayed there for 1.5 years. During that time my car was broken into twice, Bellevue poice can be seen at the property often only after someone call them to report a problem. Mangement runs the apartment in dictator like fashion. They asked us to pay $175 deposit as a cleaning fee and $300 as a refundable deposit before we moved into the apartment. However at the time of moving out they took the whole amount as a cleaning amount and never refunded us our money. In additon to this they sent us a phony bill claiming that they have replced the carpet on our apartments but in reality they never did. We are currently working on a plan to take them to the court on fraud charges. Be careful and watch out Highcroft scam.
