Unscrupulous management

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Management has changed each year I've lived there, and it seems to get worse with each new manager. I would think long and hard before moving into this complex.

Although the units are nice, management is so unresponsive to the needs of the tenants that it makes living there not worthwhile.
