We just moved into one of the duplex units a few months ago. The management has been superb, but I can't say to many things about the maintenance. They only come once a week, Mondays, but if you have an emergency there is a number you can call. They don't seem to experienced or very intelligent on how to fix issues properly. We put in a request for 4 different things to be fixed twice now, and it still hasn't been completed by maintenance. It's a shame because the maintenance is separate from the managers, and the managers are great, although one of them is leaving, so I hope the next one is good.

We had an issue with mice in the house but our cats helped take care of that issue, and when we told the office they called someone out right away to fix the problem, very impressive.

I highly recommend this complex, it is the best one I have lived in and I have lived in 9 in the past 5 years. It's surrounded by trees and next to some very expensive houses located at the banks of somerset hill. There is an elementary school right down the hill, you can hear the kids playing soccer on the weekends.

We plan on living here until we can afford buy a house, and get married, so that's at least another 5 years. Horizon Village is a great find!!!
