I'm a single dad whose lived here since late 99. I'm pretty familiar with the Bellevue/issaquah area and can honestly say that for the price, you're not going to find a better place. If anything is lacking it would be single women and a swimming pool. If I had any issues with the place it would be that they could make it a little more "kid friendly". It's too late for mine as my oldest is 19 now. But it's not too late for me, how about some of you single women heading this way''' They haven't raised the rent yet.
