Well it had to happen but I think for their own sake their timing is bad. Horizon Village is going "condo". Now I've lived here for seven years so it has definitely been a nice place to live. One of the reasons why it was a good place to live is because it was one of the cheapest "clean" places in the southern Bellevue area. Now how can one of the "cheapest" places, be asking high end prices without any real renovations being done' 320k is the minimum for an apartment that rents for 900-925 dollars. Bellevue is Bellevue I guess...grin.
