By the time I moved in here I had been looking for a apartment in the Bellevue area for some time. It seemed that most of the communities were pretty comparable. The one thing I found is that the Illahee provided much better tenant relations. The management at the Illahee was attentive and friendly. The manager would always say hello, and he would always ask how everything with the apartment was. The complex is a bit older, and the two bedrooms do not have balconies. The Common areas are indoors which sometimes means you end up swapping odors with your neighbors, but overall they are kept clean and the smells are limited. The complex is very quiet, but of course you always have the occasional noisy night. This place also makes you feel at home. I had many conversations with other tenants about our stays here, some had lived here for 10 years! I do have to say that the parking is marginal, There is plenty vistor parking, however you only get one covered spot per unit. The community is a nice place to live despite the few negatives SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
