Juniper Ridge Apartments

Nice! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/26/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   We've only been living here for a month. I saw this complex had no reviews, and thought I might be able to give it justice. So far we have LOVED it. The price is a lot lower than most places around. And it is newer and nicer than most places around. There's no water bill to worry about. It's definitely a great deal for the money. The manager is GREAT. She really cares about her tennants, loves kids, as well as people of all ages. The outside is very well kept. The inside is just as nice (at least in our apartment...I haven't seen others). Parking is a little tight. Each apartment has only one designated stall, but there's lots of parking on the road. Location is also great. 3/10 of a mile to the on-ramp for seattle. It takes 10 minutes to get to downtown Seattle. However, because it's right next to the freeway, there is a little noise. But they've soundproofed the apartments, so you only hear the noise when you go outside. I hardly notice it. As far as I've seen, the tennants are great. There are only about 40 apartments, so your lucky if you get one!
