Great place to live From: runhappy Date posted: 12/22/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005 1 response   I lived at Kelsey Ridge for two years while attending school at Bellevue Community College. I found the management to be friendly and responsive, and would have no reservations about recommending renting here.
