No Problems Here! From: hanabiko83 Date posted: 5/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 photo   I've lived here for almost a year and plan on renewing my lease. Love the location, and it's close to everything. Management is very responsive and friendly. I haven't had to call them about any issues with my apartment. Sure rent is a tad high, but c'mon, this is Bellevue; I feel like I'm getting what I paid for. Not to mention the days before I moved in, they added new everything: dishwasher, granite countertops, oven/stove, carpet, fridge, cupboards, and other stuff. Land maintenance is ridiculously consistent... even in the winter! They're out there at 8 A.M. cutting the grass, trimming bushes, and sweeping the grounds.
