OK place to live but very bad manager

Might be a OK place to live but there are couple of things to be aware of:
- Apartment manager has very bad personality. Rented apartment many years at different places. She is the worst one.
- Deposit somehow not returned. I need to remind them again.
- The model room is far better than the actual room, which you cannot see until you move in.
- The room may not be ready when you move in. It was not for me.
