As their poster says, "10 reasons to move in to Kendall Rugde", they have excellent staff, in fact that's exactly opposite.
DO NOT RENT HERE. The stuff is awful. They take repair orders and don't repair. I had leaks in bathroom and submitted repair 2 times. They did not come to fix it. They lost my check. They lost my moving out notice and it seems I have to pay for additional month. The place itself is nice if you get garden view. But internals are dated. In public laundry somebody steels women's underwear.
If you still decided to rent ALWAYS get a copy of any document you deal with (paycheck, notice, anything else) and push staff hard to repair your apartment.
