just wanted to say that with coporate businesses comes policy. Anyone that has a job will understand this. We all work hard and we are all professional. It is policy that must be followed. It may not benefit eeryone, but it is their to keep the majority of the peace. Most of these comments are written by people that just didn't get their way. There are always two sides to a story. And as a leasing consultant in the Bellevue area I find that management really truly feels bad when we can not accomodate residents.Do people really think that

managers, and leasing consultants are behind the scenes all excited that they just got yelled at for 10 minutes. NO, they like most people would rather have a nice day, being able to talk to and enjoy their residents when they come in.
Managers and leasing consultants are every day people that are just doing their job. We dont get a kick out of making people mad.
Their are always two sides to a story and if management was able to respond to every one of the comments, viewers views would be a little different.
One thing I would tell people, go in talk to the staff, call them, dont make it a one stop shop. If customer service is important to you follow up do your research before you rent. And read the POLICIES. If you dont agree with something. Go somewhere else.

It isn't about a tenant getting what they want. You say go see them...but when I did they lied, hid in the back office and made up stories to avoid discussing the issues at my apartment. It isn't about professionalism it is about honesty. They are not honest and you cannot trust what they say. It is a very different issue than just wanting your way.
