I like Kendall Ridge overall but there are a lot of places for improvement.
Pros:
* Recently renovated and not too expensive
* Pet Friendly
* Decent Parking
* Pool, but partially shaded by nearby trees, I want sun during the summer! ;)
* Close to everything in Bellevue
* Not overcrowded
* Gated (but people can still walk in anytime)
Small Gym (but it gets crowded sometimes, but definitely worth while for many people)
Cons:
* Culture barriers between residents result in a less welcoming apartment community than past places I've lived.
* Garbage. It piles up at the dumpsters.
* Lazy maintainence. Bad at getting things done as well as opening/closing the gates at a consistent time.
* Lazy office management. They dont want to do anything unless you or coporate makes them.
