this complex is one of those that gets under your skin till you can't wait to move out. It takes maintenance (or whatever crew does anything) forever to accomplish anything. The projects they undertake often seem pointless. The hot tub has been broken for several months now.

When we moved in, things were hunky dory, until Pinnacle took over. from all i have heard, be wary of property managed by this company.
