Where did they find those 2 people found in the office'

NOthing bad happened to me yet. but Ive seen people being treated so bd each time Im in the office.

the other day they manhandled a lady who came in to complain about her house. I had seen her complain about the same issue 2 days ago. they give the same lame excuse of emergencies. I wonder what is an emergency that they claim to have. Do they have an emergency everyday'

If so, is it safe to live here'

Like some one said, they dont write down the complaint when u tell them the first time. You tell them the second time, its on a post it, third time on paper, 4th time in the computer and then is when it gets fixed.

NOte: If you want your problem fixed, be rude to these people. Other wise, you will have to be treated like everyone else, who they think they dont care, whic is all residennts in the complex.

first of all, manhandleing a lady, is much different then letting her know that changeing a light bulb isn't as important than a washer overflowing!!!!!! Get real!!! You are probably only complaining because you didn't get your way for a pathedic excuse of wanting cheaper rent or something. Complain about something that should be complained about, and maybe next time you shouldn't throw around the word manhandled, and instead call it honest communication. Otherwise I'm sure the staff would rather go change a light bulb then treat your apartment when it floods one day!
