I have stayed in Kendal Ridge for about 6 months. I don't know what other's experienced in management, but to me this is the worst maintenance and management I have ever seen...
When I checked in, the sink didn't drain..there were "nails upside down all around the corners"..lot others..having the issue is tolerable..what is not tolerable is the response from the management..
Maintenance will come after atleast 3 days after repeated follow-ups..sometimes the staffs themselves wouldn't create work order for the issue..
I have lived in other apartments and I would rate this is the worst of all...
