I have lived at this community for a little over 3 years now. I have had many experiences with the office and community staff. I am happy to say I have not had any bad encounters with these people. They have a very had job to have to deal with complainging people all day long. Everytime I enter they're apartment, I find people lined up at they're desk demanding things of them. First of all, I also work with many people on a day to day basis, and if I had to deal with the people that I have had to see them deal with, I would hang myself. They are incredibly rude to these girls. Then they come on here and bad mouth them to everyone else! I am happy here, I have made friends with the employees here, and maybe the rest of you should find somewhere else to live where you can be rude to people who deserve it. All of the ------ men here are complete a**holes to any female they come in contact with, and that isn't fair to the residents, or the staff. Go live somewhere else!!!

No one wants to say rude things to the "girls". They make you say it. People who stay here pay a lot of money to stay here. It doesnt come cheap. When people pay, they expect some level of dignified attention/response. Any issue in the unit, you need to call them 3 times atleast to get a response. they say we didnt enter it into the computer. As if that's the tenant's problem!!!! Come on. Get real... Customer service is after all what's missing.... People complain bcoz this is a very old apt complex nd everything inside is almost broken or about to break down. No surprise, they get so many irate people trying to get their things fixed. Im sure people move out of here all the time.. as I will in a month..... I've had it....

I am generally a very polite person, but not to these girls. They started lying, leaving 30-60 minutes early (I have a job, sorry I cant come by at 1pm), and being rude to me, so I stopped being polite too. Its their **JOB** to help residents. If they can't deal with a frustrated resident without pushing buttons, lying, or being rude themselves, they should find another field. In there defense there was this really nice ----- chick working there about a year ago, but they wouldn't give her the hours she needed while going to school...

I flagged this review for removal because of the completely racist comment against ------ men. That is just inappropriate. I have lived here for almost a year on several occasions have witnessed the staff treating residents rudely.

This f..... guys is completely recist and does not have any wright to say such comments against -------.... I've had numerous encounters with leasing office staff and they are rude, arrogant. They leave before 6:00pm.. They don't listen carefully about residents problems and try to avoid them.. This is completely inappropriate. I want to tell this guy who made this racist comments about ------- that if you don't like ------- then f... off, coz its a land of opportunities, and if you have that guts then come upfront otherwise keep the mouth shut a**hole.
