I came here about a year ago...thinking that I would only last about 6 months. Kendall Ridge is conveniently located to everything that I could possibly need. Dr.'s offices, the hospital, downtown Bellevue and Bellevue Square, Crossroads shopping center has everything! Fine restaraunts, movie theatres, you name it, they've got it! I like living in a place as peaceful as Kendall Ridge. I've liked it form the start, and because of that, I have signed a renewal with them for another six months. I see all of the bad reviews on here, and its all bull ****!! I have never seen the girls in the office be rude! If anything, they are really fun to talk to, and when something goes wrong in my apartment, they make sure that it gets fixed within 2 business days. For as big of a community as they have, over 200 and some odd apartments, being ran by about 4 people including maintenence, is awesome!! They deserve better than rude comments. Looks like only people who are unhappy post comments no here. Maybe its the weather, and they need to live elsewhere!!!

Unless they changed dramatically in the last 6 months, the management is aggressively rude and does not schedule maintenance within expectations. I would say that this reviewer somehow got on the "good" side of management, but I believe that most people fall into the "bad" side by default. Also this post is anonymous... Could be management reviewing themselves?

This huge comment isnt from a resident..this is the management or someone from the front office.. they havent changed one bit..

Management probally wrote this post. LOL.. This place is horrible. Sure, its close to stuff and some units have a tiny washer and dryer. But, do yourself a favor and dont move here.. They will jack up your rent to ridiculous amounts, the units are extremely small (approx 850 square feet for a 2 bedroom), you can find lower priced and good quality apartments for a lower price 1000 square feet.. The owners are a big corporation and are very motivated to increase your rent, and they told me they have no competition. LOL.. This place is the worst you'll find, looks tempting because its close to things, but be prepared for your worst nightmare when you sign a lease.. And don't think that because they say you have a gated community your getting something special. This is a joke, they don't even work and you can walk around the gate to get in at any time of the day (and the gate never shuts as its broken!)

I have to agree with bud989. I am looking forward to moving out from Kendall Ridge. The staff is rude. They are not helpful at all. If you call them on Saturdays and Sundays as you have some questions about your rent payment, lease, etc, you will have to wait until Monday to get the answer (if you are lucky). They don't know what they're doing and they should not run a business. Period.

Ha! Ha, just read all your comments. Was thinking of moving and found your location. But now that I re-read the original post of "I love it here!", I can TOTALLY tell that managment wrote this. Renters do not take it personal if front office staff are called "rude." This place sounds like joke run by high schoolers!
