Management is better, but prices are to high

The management has improved since the new company took over and maintaince calls are more quickly responded to now. Don't sign the lease though if they try and charge you for a carport spot. There is allready a carport spot for everyone regardless so they don't need to charge you for one. They charge for water, sewer, and garbage here while other apartments only charge for water and garbage or just water.
The prices of this place are to high compared to others in the area. The prices should be around 200 or so lower than what they are. I moved in back in 2003 or so and the market rate was (according to the management..) around 875, but the actual price paid was around 700 or so (real market rate). With the recent downturn in the economy, the lack of good paying jobs, the layoffs at Microsoft, other more afordable apartments the area, and the small square footage (around 850 for a 2 bed) the prices should be around 800-900.
