This place has been a nightmare since even before we moved in! We lived in the apartment for 3 months. In those months I went down to the hot tub/ pool area, and not once was the hot tub functioning. After asking the very rude staff members when the tub would be fixed, they said that it was working, which it clearly was not. The rent at this place is way too overpriced. Also the place advertises that they are close to shopping in Bellevue. It is not close at all to Bellesquare or the water or anything. I could keep going on with this review but you did not check this to read a novel so I will cut to the chase. We moved out and left town the same day. We recieved our deposit several weeks later. However, we seemed to be missing some money...of course they did not include an invoice or explanation at all. We contacted Kendall Ridge and recieved attitude with little help. We were finally able to get them to send us a copy of the invoice for items which were charged to us. They charged us 50 dollars for the PROFESSIONAL carpet cleaning even though they claimed they paid 65. HMMMM that doesnt sound like a right business mind to me but you be the judge. Also they chrged us $90 to have the place professionally cleaned even though the place was a studio ($965 overpriced), and the place was spottless. Even the maintance manager, Joe, said "this is one of the cleanest apartments I've seen." It seems to me they are wasting the money of their tenents! Well hope you enjoyed the book, and choose to live somewhere else.
