Senario 1

I was just getting settled in my new apartment and needed internet hooked up. I arranged for the technician to come buy while I'm at work. So I asked one of the building management team to let them in (in my absence). They said SURE!
Then I get this call from the techincian that they would let in my apartment, right after I confirmed it'll be ok with for them to let him in!

Senario 2

I was expecting a very important package to be delieved to me and started to make arragements with the building management to sign on my behalf, which most, if not all community housing operations do. I called front desk just to let them know that a package was coming for me and if they could recieve it, and was told, SURE! After coming home form work I recieved this letter from the UPS guy that the package was declined.
