Apartment has front gates, that will be locked on one fine day and you can see the residents standing outside with no clue. This has happened 3 or 4 times in 6 months.
People were locked out with out any advance notice what so ever, no mails nor a notice on your door.
You just come back from work and see that you can not enter the complex. The card key they give doesnt work and you can activate it only the next day of you being locked out. They said its your problem, not theirs.
