I am living in this apartment for a long time, but day by day and year by year the support from Office Staff is getting worse. Actually, staff is very rude and nasty. So please stay away.

Staff never respect tenents, Never respond to the problems.
Examples:
They have sent someone to fix heater problem after I have visited/complained more than 10 times. They took almost 3 months to replace the lights outside the appartment.

For every visit, I got a bad experience and they were very rude.

I would strongly suggest the Property Owners to replace the main staff to support tenent minimum needs.

I Agree. I am also living in this apartment for a long time, but day by day the support from Office Staff is getting worse. Staff is very rude. Please stay away. Staff never respects tenants, never respond to the problems. I would strongly suggest the Property Owners to replace the office staff (Kids - No knowledge) to support tenant minimum needs. Need experienced managers. We need to respect each other. Most of them were moved to another property. To Property Owners: Please do the confidential surveys about office staff (with names) performance? 100% will say Bad office staff.
