I went in looking for an apartment and even with ------------ awful costumer care skills I turned in my application and of course the deposit to hold the apartment. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I decide to cancel the process. I did not get my deposit back but she mistreated me. She had a really bad attitude. She told me: you cannot have your $200 back and have a nice day! Corporate or however manages these people need to know how terrible this is. Do not even consider that place to live. Very expensive too for what it is...

Yep, and their CUSTOMER service also leaves something to be desired. Unfortunately, apartments are about only 3 things: location, location, and location, and customer service isn't on that list.

Hi I faced the same problem. I was in touch with a person by name Tara and she was prompt in answering calls till the point we signed the leased. After signing we found a much better deal and wanted to get the deposit back. It has been 3 months since this happened and I havent got my refunds back. Since am not the first was wondering if we can raise this to the next level with escalation.
