Very bad and rude ladies incharge of management.They did not have basic discipline and manners.I have been staying since 2007 and not even once the management ladies have behaved well and politely.And the maintainence is worst, and i have never come cross such a bad customer service.They do not fix the problem for 2-3 weeks or even more, unless you keep calling and following up with it. Right now , we have an issue to be fixed in bathroom and its been more than a month or so, and still the problem is not fixed.

And the utility bill for water is too expensive , this month the bill i received was really shocking, it is $ 98...Can someone imagine paying $98 for just trash, sewage and water,its ridiculous.I am just waiting to get out of this apartment as my lease will end only in march.So i have to leave in this hell for 6 more months..Its crazy.I would strongly not recommend this apartment . mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

Believe what these guys say about the outrageous increase in utility bills. Our Aug bill went up from $85 (which is already shocking)to almost $100, to think there's only 2 of us living in 1 BR unit, and only do laundry once every 2 weeks and hardly use our dishwasher. This apt is definitely a rip-off.
