Am writing this review just because we've got so pissed off after staying here for less than 6 months.
a) They charge utility bill of around $100 per month. moreover this bill doesn't come from any utility company, it is charged by kendall ridge (just another way of making some money)
b) very poor and rude attitude of the office staff.
c) house leaks water
d) plenty of insects and bugs. I also saw a raccoon the other day in the compound.
e) no safety, one gate is wide open even at night. no security.
f) the so called tennis court is neither a tennis court nor basket ball, nor badminton, I'm not sure really what sport can be played on it.
g) the gym is very very small and always crowded by stinking people. hardly any place to breath.
h) very very thin walls. noisy neighbors won't let you sleep.
i) the surroundings hardly get cleaned by anyone.

2 more months to go, and then I'm moving out. Its much better towards the SE side, cheaper rents and better managed apartments.
Final word: stay away from this apt unless you really want some peace lost in life.

I disagree that "the surroundings hardly get cleaned." They are cleaned occasionally right around 7am by individuals that come underneath your open window with gas-powered leaf blowers, waking you up with a horrible ear-splitting racket and spewing dust with poisonous exhaust fumes into your apartment.

Yea I agree & hate this crap too. Not to mention the fire engine sirens that usually occur around 7am every sat/sun morning along with the sound of people drag racing their noisey cars on the road outside.
