The apartments are ok - they have pre-painted accent walls in nice colors and a little hardwood in the bathrooms and kitchen areas. The maintenance and management however is horrible. They take an EXTRAORDINARILY long time to get to requests that should be dealt with quickly. I have an issue from my move in date in August that still hasn't been dealt with and I'm basically tired of asking about it. It's frustrating to know that other apartment complexes may be the same size but requests can be dealt with in a timely manner. The staff is friendly enough but it feels like an inconvience to ask them for something as simple as an apartment fix or repair. I have seen them be rude to other guests but luckily I haven't experienced it personally. Stay away if you'd like your requests dealt with quickly. Also, you have to pay for water, sewer, and garbage on your own here which I've found is not typical in the area...pretty pricey for what you get.
