Snowstorm and other problems

Its been 2 days since the snow stopped and if you look at Kendall Ridge one would feel that the storm is still ongoing. They have made zero effort to take care of the dangerous conditions. I can still see cars slipping and sliding all over the place, while all of the neighboring apartments have cleared out the snow. The gazebos beside the swimming pools have collapsed because of the weight of the snow. I cannot even count how many time I have seen folks falling due to the slippery conditions.
I actually went and talked to the "girl" in the leasing office today about the possibility of taking some action. This was her reply word for word "We do not have the man power. It will probably melt away in a day or two". I believe her name is Ashley.
During my stay here, I have found that the girls in the leasing office are the most idiotic people I have ever met. It takes obnoxiously long to get them to have anything fixed. The manager, Heather I think, is no better. I am trying to figure out how to contact the parent company. I don't know why the company Pinnacle even hires such people. I have a theory though. They probably have an IQ limit of 50 and only hire people who fall below that. I have interacted with leasing agents in Texas and California and can honestly say that these folks are the worst. The only silver-lining is one leasing agent named Gabriela. She seems to be only one who ever gives a s*&% about the residents. But she works only during the weekdays and the office is open only from 9-6, so go figure.
I can't believe that I am coming off as being so vindictive but I am so frustrated with their stupidity!

The one and only pro of the apartment complex is the location. It is super close to Bellevue Crossroads.

Yeah, these apartmens are the the worst. The only thing that kept them alive was the location. I'm happy to say that I have seen other apartments and condos going up in the crossroads area which should help more people move out. I'm hoping to be one of them.. I have lived here for maybe 5 years and have seen my rent double, yet no improvements. I would like the old small family management they had many years ago. The prices were affordable and made sense for these extremely small apartments.. All the owners and management care about is getting your rent check.. They don't want to do any maintaince.. They don't fix anything and i'm shocked if I ever see them respond to my maintaince request less than a month from the request.. Want proof they don't care? Here's a prime example: The managment recently put a flyer on our door saying they were going to give a 'class' on how us apartment renters could fix maintaince problems and prevent problems.. This is a joke.. They need to get off there a*s and respond to maintaince requests themselves and fix problems, they need to HIRE MORE PEOPLE if they can't respond in a quick manner, AND they need to lower prices if they want to keep people here! Another note: This apartment complex had a fire a year or so ago in some studios next to the laundry room which destroyed several units. They STILL haven't completed fixing those units and I was told these units have asbestos which doesn't surprise me.. Ask the management and they'll say they don't know, yeah right..

Yep--this place is a joke! I couldn't believe when I came back from Montana on Saturday night that absolutely NOTHING had been done around here to clear the sidewalks, staircases, or parking lot. Even Snoqualmie Pass was easier to navigate than this parking lot full of snow and ice. There was one pair of tire ruts to drive through--and all you could do was make a loop around the complex and back out because once you tried to leave the ruts for a parking spot you just got stuck. The maintenance crew is useless under normal conditions, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised that they wouldn't lift a finger for this too.
