I also had numerous problems with these thieves....I brought my $99 deposit, the first person left the next day the current property manager left the next day and the new ones are morons.
I was given the wrong street address and had to go to many and change it back, then I get declined because of a lie and when I went back to get my mail this Saturday morning a kid refused to give me my mail.....
I was given a month free rent on a $870 studio, then everything changed and this kid walked me off of this property threatening to call the Bellevue police department'''
Every thing this prior past resident is right on the "MONEY."

$870? They said $900 was the lowest-priced studio they offer, but I guess I'm not surprised. I also had trouble getting my mail when I was forced to switch apartments -- they told me it was illegal for me to pick up the stash of mail collected in my old box, and insisted I inquire at the post office. There I was told it's perfectly fine, but the unhelpful individual sitting in the manager's office still refused. I wound up staking out my mailbox one day until the mailman arrived and let me take the overflowing load of accumulated mail.
