Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I moved here about 9 months ago, and must say that there has been a dramatic change in the management and maintenance administration in this time frame. Before, an application for maintenance would just go in a black hole, now it is different and seems to on par with other apartment complexes that I have lived in. To be specific, the three people I have interacted with lately are Ana, Tara and Sergei, all of them exude excellent attitude. Ana is providing great leadership, Tara great execution and Sergei great maintenance.
