I moved to Kendall Ridge this summer and i have been impressed with the place. The maintenance crew generally respond within 1 day to requests, are very friendly, and take pride in their work. The grounds are really spotless and bushed always trimmed and things powerwashed. The location is not the most scenic part of Bellevue, but very convenient for being able to walk to everything and only about a mile from the microsoft campus. The laundryroom could use some attention to nonworking dryers but otherwise a great place.
