I lived at Klahanie for two years and finaly moved out because I couldn't put up with the nosy, overbearing and snooping manager. It got to the point where I was getting really passive-aggressive notes on my front door if I didn't fold my cardboard boxes properly at the recycle bin (don't ask how he knew they were my boxes!). Not kidding. I've talked to several other people after they moved out and all had the same problems. Plus they will never give you a cent of your deposit back even though the units are usually pretty dirty when you first move in.

Not worth the hassle, trust me. There are a lot, much nicer buildings in the area.
