I have lived here at the Klahanie apartments for about a year now and i must say its been the worst experience i have ever had. first off jack and betty are snoopy, they always try listening to your conversations and when we talked out on our deck jack would sit in the parking lot bellow us listening in. we got notices after being on vocation for a week warning us that if we have any more noise complaints that we would be evicted, funny thing is we had been gone on vocation so where these complaints came from is beyond me. they single people out in the apartments to pick on if they dont like them. they are judgemental on religious and political beliefs which i feel is somelthing i should not have to be sensored about when in my own living space. the walls are so thin you can you hear people talking in noraml voices next to you. it took 2 months to get our dishwasher fixed and to top everything off they never switched our electrical bill over to our name until we put in our notice and we are stuck with another $800 bill, jack fixes things with duct tape and superglue basically, i warn anyone who thinks about living here to stay away. it may be cheap but the overall experience is not worth the mental cost and the stress one must indure while living at such a place!!! not to mention they painted our bathtub before moving in after we signed the lease and they informed us they were in the process of replacing and the carpet was horrible again they had informed us they would change it and after the contract was signed they backed out of that as well. i would go on for many many more days with my complaints but i will spare you.
