Originally, I was very impressed with the apartments and the property, but have come to realize that none of it is worth having to deal with the Property Manager and various other problems.



I was told when I moved in that there was plenty of visitor parking, only to find out that was a bald-faced lie, and there is apparently NO visitor parking. Unfortunately, this means that my assigned spot was more often than not taken up by someone visiting another resident. I?d complained several times to the Property Manager, but never received any response. Furthermore, half the time there were no lights on in the parking lots. Mine was a rather large lot, and if I was lucky enough to be able to park in my own assigned spot, I had to find my way up and down stairs through a treacherous path IN THE DARK to my apartment.



I frequently tried to contact the Property Manager for miscellaneous reasons, but he does not keep regular office hours, nor was he ever in when he said he was going to be. To my recollection, the only time he ever returned my calls was before I moved in and he was trying to get me to rent. After I moved in, however, it appears that he saw no reason to ever return my calls or my emails.



OVerall, the apartments are not bad, but dealing with the Property Manager is such a huge pain that it?s simply not worth it. I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere for a place to live.
