It was clean and safe neighborhood. One parking spot was assigned for each one-bedroom unit. Sometimes reserved space was taken because there is no guest parking.

Appliances were old and barely working. The refrig compressor was on all the time, and I suspected that was the reason I received an electricity bill 5 times more than my previous usage. One of the four burners on the electric range is not working. The oven was dirty.
I moved out after a month because of unbearable loud traffic noise. The apartments are surrounded by Northup way and 8th street.
Cars speed down the hill at 40 miles and work hard going up the hill. It was loud!! Bad mufflers can wake you up in the midnight.

The manager threatened to make me pay thousands of dollars for breaking the lease, even though he have told me on the day I moved in I would only lose the security deposit and it was written in contract. He knocked on my door for showing my unit without any advance notice. I am glad I got out of that place.

I agree Gary is incompetent and should be fired. The place is a disaster.
