Lakeridge has to low level maintenance, mold problem and also rats in the walls when its get cold. My neighbor could not sleep at night because the rats were crawling around in the wall spaces during the cold spell. As per 2007 Lakeridge is trying to force a massive rent increase upon their good renters..not warranted for with the upkeep and overall quality of the place. The ownership and management policy now is spend as little on maintenance and safety or parking and make the customer pay more and more. The rat noises really messes with your head when you're trying to sleep//I've heard it myself.
