The apartments appear to be in fairly decent shape, although the electrical plant seems a bit thin. Firing up the laser printer causes the lights to visibly dim, and running the vacuum for more than a few minutes (if nothing else is turned on) trips the breaker.

Upon move in my fridge was dead and they replaced it in a day or so, and 2 years later I had some other problems with an appliance that took several requests to fix. The hottub was resealed last year so it is running all year long. The pool is only available for part of the year. Both could use more frequent cleanings, but the hottub is under a tree so there will always be leaves.

One of the carports has blown over at least once and I think twice. The main office does accept packages which makes UPS easier to deal with, although FedEx does not deliver to the main office.
