Pros:
1. Free covered parking.
2. 2 hot tubs.
3. Great views.
4. Nice cabana
5. Good equipment in fitness center.
6. Great location if you work in Bellevue-Redmond corridor.

Cons:
1. No hall closets if you have a washer-dryer means NO place to hang coats, set your vacuum, put your ironing board, store your holiday decorations, keep your clothes hampers, etc. Alternatively you could have a nice hall closet and truck your laundry across the complex with pockets full of quarters!
2. All lightswitches BEHIND doors, means you have to walk into a dark room and then CLOSE the door in the dark to get at the light switch. DUMB!!!!!
3. Only one parking space per apt, even in a 2 bedroom, and you can't buy more spaces. Guest parking VERY cramped in some buildings!
4. Groundskeepers pressure washing and weed-eating at 8 am way too often.
5. Pools only heated 3 months a year.
6. Hot tubs have been broken since the February earthquake.
7. Rents extremely high and go up higher when lease expires.
8. Almost $100 more to rent month to month.


Overall our apartment was nice but we ended up feeling aggravated by the lack of storage and stupid light switches, and with the constant rent raises and broken amenities we felt like chumps. Respect yourself in the morning, move in somewhere else!
