Great floorplans, overpriced, energy

Very big rooms, high ceilings, on the 2-nd floor - vaulted. lots of air and light, big decks/verandas.

Beautiful views, rivers, bridges, birds.

Overpriced. Usually no washer/drier, and clothing can be stolen from the laundry. Very high electricity bills, as the windows are not double and really old.

The appliances are old and work very bad.

Services are SLOW.
